Claim Assistance

Documentation, intimation, follow-up and settlement tracking — we stay with you through the claim.

A policy is a promise. A claim is when the promise is tested — and it is the moment our clients most need someone in their corner.

How the process runs

  1. Claim Intimation

Tell us about the claim and we notify the insurer.

  2. Documentation

We help you assemble every required document.

  3. Verification

The insurer reviews the claim and raises queries.

  4. Follow-up

We chase the insurer on your behalf until it moves.

  5. Settlement Tracking

You are updated until the amount is settled.

What we do for you

  • Claim documentation and form completion
  • Nomination assistance and record corrections
  • Hospital cashless pre-authorisation support
  • Death claim guidance for the family
  • Follow-up with the insurer and TPA
  • Settlement tracking until closure

What to keep ready

Policy document, identity proof, the completed claim form, and the event-specific records: discharge summary and original bills for health claims, the death certificate for life claims, the surveyor report for property, and an FIR where the loss involves theft or third-party injury.

Final claim decisions, timelines and payouts rest with the insurer and are governed by the policy wording and applicable regulations. Insure Pillar supports and represents you throughout the process.

Claim Assistance Request

We will guide you through intimation, documentation and follow-up.

Your details are used only to respond to this enquiry. Insurance benefits and claim outcomes remain subject to the insurer's policy terms.

Claim questions we are asked most

Yes — claim assistance is part of the relationship, not an extra service. We help with intimation, documentation, coordination with the insurer or TPA, and follow-up until settlement is tracked to a close. The final claim decision rests with the insurer and is governed by the policy wording and applicable regulations.

The most common reason by a wide margin is non-disclosure — a health condition, habit or existing policy not declared at proposal stage. Others include claiming during a waiting period, a condition falling under a stated exclusion, or a lapsed policy. Full disclosure at purchase is the single best protection against rejection.
