This role keeps our service promise real. You will manage policy documentation, renewals, endorsements and claim coordination, and you will be the person clients speak to when something needs to move.
What you will do
- Process new business documentation and follow up with insurers
- Track renewals and contact clients well ahead of due dates
- Coordinate claim documentation with clients, TPAs and insurers
